Joseph Lorenz, Inc. is an old line construction company that has the years of experience with the energy of a group of professionals to help keep us on the forefront of the construction industry, including construction engineering, architecture and tradesmen all of which have dedicated their careers to the construction trade. Partnered with you the Owner and the Architectural Team, our Construction Team would listen and help clarify the unique requirements of your project, so that this project can be the best building possible within the approved budget limits. Typically, the Construction Team would perform the following task as part of that process.

 

Pre-Construction Phase:

 

• Assist you, the Owner, and the Architectural Firm by providing consultation on cost, quality and schedule ramifications.

 

• Prepare project budgets.

 

• Provide analysis of various building system alternatives, including structures, finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

 

• Provide project control scheduling; update schedule as required.

 

• Continuously monitor the design progress and inform the "team” of any potential budget problems.

 

• Provide routine cost input to guide the Architect during design.
